Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The audience thought a goal was coming when Abdi Revis got free with Jan Lindström in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 10 minutes of play, Surahammar's Victor Santxol made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcus Ekrot was left in no man's land by his defense there! Surahammar's Jan Lindström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdi Revis in the 18th minute of play. 23 minutes into the game, Martin Mutumba recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jan Lindström. Martin Mutumba showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. In the 28th minute of the game Tage Glanselius made a throw-in which Abdi Revis played forward. Abdi Revis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Jan Lindström made a huge save. A sloppy throw-in by Tage Glanselius in the 35th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Surahammar's Mark Brovall. In the 40th minute Abdi Revis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Lindström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Vykans Vikingar getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Tage Glanselius hit a great ball. After 46 played minutes Surahammar got a freekick which was hit by Radamel Oakley. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leonardo Trancoso to strike the kick off in the second half. Victor Santxol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Vykans Vikingar's Marcus Ekrot got control of the ball when Victor Santxol tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vykans Vikingar's Simon Brolin was substituted for Eric Van Lint. In the 61st minute of the game Tage Glanselius made a throw-in which Mats Hermansson played forward. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Vykans Vikingar's goalkeeper Marcus Ekrot, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jan Lindström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdi Revis in the 70th minute of the match. Jan Lindström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonardo Trancoso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leonardo Trancoso in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jan Lindström saved Surahammar from getting behind. The Vykans Vikingar fans' excitement grew in the 76th match minute when Vykans Vikingar's Leonardo Trancoso looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Vykans Vikingar's Börje Stål was substituted for Martin Mutumba. Jan Lindström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Börje Stål, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. In the 86th minute Börje Stål shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Lindström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Surahammar were awarded a corner in the 89th minute after Vykans Vikingar's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Xiao Yan Jian took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Xiao Yan Jian got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Marcus Ekrot quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 91st minute, Börje Stål ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jan Lindström was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Marcus Ekrot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from André Pettersson in the 94th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdi Revis in the 95th minute of play forced Surahammar's goalkeeper Jan Lindström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There was no doubt that Vykans Vikingar were the better team. Vykans Vikingar's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
