Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Peru's Julian Murillo started the match with a crisp pass. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 6th minute of play forced ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ's goalkeeper Gottfrid Hedström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Peru's Efraim Gilabert got a free kick in the 8th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ertan Duman in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rolando Noboa saved Peru from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ertan Duman in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rolando Noboa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gottfrid Hedström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 13th minute of the match. Peru's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luz Tejedor in the 14th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ertan Duman to make the kick off. ΑΙΕΝ ΥΨΙΚΡΑΤΕΙΝ's Aiakos Vardakas quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Alonso Berganza, made in the 51st minute of the game. In the 83rd minute Besim Vecdet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
