Frank Garibaldi scored 0-1 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eustacio Bertin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 15th minute, Davide Petroni got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eustacio Bertin came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Sangiuliano City's Davide Petroni. But to his dismay, Davide Petroni quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Nicanor Astudillo's late challenge caught a Sangiuliano City's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nicanor Astudillo helped the player get up and apologised. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Davide Petroni managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sangiuliano City's supporters rose to their feet, but Davide Petroni was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eustacio Bertin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Davide Petroni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eustacio Bertin having to interfere. If Honorio Mancio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 40th minute, Davide Pallini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 42nd minute, Orlando Mon made a precise shot to the right of Cosimo Maranzano. Sangiuliano City's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Garibaldi in the 46th minute of play forced Cadillo AFC's goalkeeper Eustacio Bertin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The wind increased when Frank Garibaldi made the kick off in the second half. If Frank Garibaldi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. Honorio Mancio charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Honorio Mancio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Frank Garibaldi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Eustacio Bertin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Sangiuliano City's Armando Taddeo got a free kick in the 75th minute. Honorio Mancio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. When Daniel Gaitano fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cadillo AFC's protests and gave Daniel Gaitano a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Sangiuliano City booed when Cadillo AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Gaitano didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 83rd match minute, Sangiuliano City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aurelio Mastrocola to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Orlando Mon managed to get in a good position for a shot. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Sangiuliano City would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
