After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Dante Baumar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cadillo AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Dante Baumar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jairo Ferdinand breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Paulino Argina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eustacio Bertin having to interfere. After 14 played minutes Diablos Rojos got a freekick which was hit by Jacinto Rosio. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Paulino Argina managed to get in a good position for a shot. Diablos Rojos's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulino Argina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eustacio Bertin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Diablos Rojos's Paulino Argina got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Simon Lizer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. Eustacio Bertin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 37 minutes into the match, Paulino Argina notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Cadillo AFC's Eustacio Bertin. Eustacio Bertin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 41 minutes into the match, Cadillo AFC's Orlando Mon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jairo Ferdinand narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Froilan Lucian fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Diablos Rojos's protests and gave Froilan Lucian a yellow card for diving instead. Froilan Lucian kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. After the first half Diablos Rojos were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Paulino Argina made the kick off in the second half. Dante Baumar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jairo Ferdinand having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Diablos Rojos's Froilan Lucian got a free kick in the 58th minute. Dante Baumar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Jairo Ferdinand tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Orlando Mon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Diablos Rojos getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Casimiro Cloyo hit a great ball. Jairo Ferdinand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dante Baumar in the 72nd minute of the match. Eustacio Bertin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulino Argina in the 76th minute of the match. Dante Baumar struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Jairo Ferdinand didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cadillo AFC. Diablos Rojos had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
