Cosimo Maranzano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tekin Bakkalbaşı in the 8th minute of the match. In the 9th minute, Lütfullah Barın got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 14 played minutes Sangiuliano City got a freekick which was hit by Ermanno Sampo. 16 minutes into the match, ERTUGRULL's goalkeeper Hüseyin Cahit Üster had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frank Garibaldi. In the 17th minute Sangiuliano City were awarded a corner. Aurelio Mastrocola went to the cornerflag to take it. Armando Taddeo made a great header on Sangiuliano City's corner, it was just that ERTUGRULL's Hüseyin Cahit Üster managed to reach the ball for a save. Frank Garibaldi succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 20th playminute. Hüseyin Cahit Üster stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Antonio Castellini's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Arif Cengiz Öztaylan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cosimo Maranzano having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frank Garibaldi got free with Hüseyin Cahit Üster in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Lütfullah Barın had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lütfullah Barın recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 34 minutes of play, ERTUGRULL's Lütfullah Barın made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cosimo Maranzano was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Antonio Castellini got free in front of the goal in the 39th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Hüseyin Cahit Üster was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Efe Azim's late challenge caught a Sangiuliano City's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Efe Azim helped the player get up and apologised. Efe Azim hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Lütfullah Barın received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Cosimo Maranzano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lütfullah Barın stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Lütfullah Barın had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 56 minutes, Tekin Bakkalbaşı managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ERTUGRULL's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tekin Bakkalbaşı was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 57 played minutes Sangiuliano City got a freekick which was hit by Anfilogino Di Toro. Tekin Bakkalbaşı fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cosimo Maranzano having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lütfullah Barın in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cosimo Maranzano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Frank Garibaldi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arturo Biondi charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arturo Biondi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of ERTUGRULL booed when Sangiuliano City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arturo Biondi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tekin Bakkalbaşı succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 71st playminute. 77 minutes into the match, Sangiuliano City's goal looked a bit too open when Lütfullah Barın came free, but Cosimo Maranzano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Tekin Bakkalbaşı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 80 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Antonio Castellini sped through ERTUGRULL's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hüseyin Cahit Üster. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind ERTUGRULL's goalkeeper Hüseyin Cahit Üster, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 87 minutes into the match, Sangiuliano City's goal looked a bit too open when Lütfullah Barın came free, but Cosimo Maranzano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Sangiuliano City's zone, Tekin Bakkalbaşı stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cosimo Maranzano came out of the goal and Tekin Bakkalbaşı tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Castellini in the 91st minute of play forced ERTUGRULL's goalkeeper Hüseyin Cahit Üster to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
