After 11 played minutes, Uno Mille FC's Durvalino Trigo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fernando Miguel came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Uno Mille FC reached it. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Diamantino Senna took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Sílvio Couto to make any attempt to save it. In the 24th minute, Dorival do Vale ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sílvio Couto was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dudu de Sena stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
