In the 22nd minute, Pedrinho Ramos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 24 minutes, Octavio Romero mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Santos de Buenos Aires FC and the Uno Mille FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Uno Mille FC booed when Santos de Buenos Aires FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Octavio Romero didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hoàng Thuy in the 26th minute of play forced Santos de Buenos Aires FC's goalkeeper Diego Melendez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Uno Mille FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Santos de Buenos Aires FC the free kick. In the 41st match minute, Uno Mille FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hamílton Paiva to maneuver through the defense. Magno Cerezo kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Santos de Buenos Aires FC's attentive Octavio Romero managed to snatch the ball when Pedrinho Ramos made a throw-in in the 44th minute of the game. Uno Mille FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rodrigo Calvet ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Rodrigo Calvet almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Uno Mille FC's Carlos Fernando Alvarenga did a great save. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Sixto Cuartas charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sixto Cuartas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Hoàng Thuy's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Diego Melendez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. Octavio Romero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Carlos Fernando Alvarenga made a huge save. Carlos Fernando Alvarenga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vesko Karapchanski in the 77th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodrigo Calvet in the 81st minute of play forced Uno Mille FC's goalkeeper Carlos Fernando Alvarenga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hamílton Paiva in the 83rd minute of play forced Santos de Buenos Aires FC's goalkeeper Diego Melendez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hoàng Thuy took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Diego Melendez. Diego Melendez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Uno Mille FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Santos de Buenos Aires FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
