Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Golaki Goiano got the match started through his kick off. When Gualter Gulak came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Jataiense Futebol Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gualter Gulak couldn't finish the play. 7 minutes into the match, Jataiense Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Celestino Toro came free, but Thiago Paraibano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 8th match minute, Jataiense Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexander Milošević to maneuver through the defense. Thiago Paraibano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mario Cordario in the 13th minute of the match. In the 21st minute, Horácio Gonçalves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 23rd minute Celestino Toro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Paraibano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Mario Cordario managed to get in a good position for a shot. San Lorenzo's supporters rose to their feet, but Mario Cordario was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thiago Paraibano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 26 played minutes Jataiense Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Horácio Gonçalves. San Lorenzo's Donato Azeari played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gualter Gulak in the 29th minute of play. In the 30th minute Jataiense Futebol Clube were awarded a corner. Luís Gustavo Messias went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Jataiense Futebol Clube's corner Luís Gustavo Messias fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Donato Azeari quite easily take care of the ball. 32 minutes into the match, San Lorenzo's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolás Castillo came free, but Donato Azeari reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jataiense Futebol Clube were awarded a corner in the 33th minute after San Lorenzo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luís Gustavo Messias took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Nicolás Castillo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Donato Azeari quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 35th minute of the match Jataiense Futebol Clube got a corner. San Lorenzo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luís Gustavo Messias ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Luís Gustavo Messias almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but San Lorenzo's Donato Azeari did a great save. After 41 minutes, Golaki Goiano made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. San Lorenzo's Donato Azeari tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 44 played minutes San Lorenzo got a freekick which was hit by Leonides Caradaro. In the 45th minute of the match Luís Gustavo Messias sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Donato Azeari skillfully saved the ball. Donato Azeari took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Golaki Goiano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Jataiense Futebol Clube's Golaki Goiano in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye San Lorenzo's goalie prevented a goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Celestino Toro to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Golaki Goiano in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Donato Azeari saved San Lorenzo from getting behind. Jataiense Futebol Clube's Golaki Goiano was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 73rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Jataiense Futebol Clube made a substitution. Ahan Capaul replaced Luís Gustavo Messias. Nicolás Castillo might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Donato Azeari. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nicolás Castillo ran back to his position shaking his head. 79 minutes into the match, San Lorenzo's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolás Castillo came free, but Donato Azeari reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st minute, Lisandro Martínez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Gualter Gulak fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jataiense Futebol Clube's protests and gave Gualter Gulak a yellow card for diving instead. After 93 minutes, Severiano Fresco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the San Lorenzo and the Jataiense Futebol Clube players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the match had gone on for 96 minutes, Nicolás Castillo took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Donato Azeari to make any attempt to save it.
