Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Arktis BoIS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sverker Biörkquist didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 7th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oscar Västberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oscar Västberg having to interfere. Luis Andino might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Oscar Västberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luis Andino ran back to his position shaking his head. Oscar Västberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Andino in the 12th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when İlmi Akıncıbey got free with Julio Vera in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 15 minutes into the match, İlmi Akıncıbey dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Julio Vera, 1-0. 20 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Arktis BoIS's Oscar Västberg. Oscar Västberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 23rdth minute of the game İlmi Akıncıbey who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Agustín Saelices hit a great ball. The supporters of Arktis BoIS booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Arias didn't get a good kick on the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Arktis BoIS's Rodolfo Candeias sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A nice corner shot did that Rodolfo Candeias got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Julio Vera quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Andino in the 44th minute of play forced Arktis BoIS's goalkeeper Oscar Västberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ecuador's attack was well implemented in the 45th minute, but when Daniel Zorita was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for İlmi Akıncıbey to strike the kick off in the second half. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Oscar Västberg quite easily take care of the ball. In the 62nd minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Arktis BoIS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. Felix Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Oscar Västberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Arktis BoIS's İlmi Akıncıbey in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ecuador's goalie prevented a goal. Oscar Västberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. In the 73rd minute Arktis BoIS were awarded a corner. Rodolfo Candeias went to the cornerflag to take it. Rodolfo Candeias made a great header on Arktis BoIS's corner, it was just that Ecuador's Julio Vera managed to reach the ball for a save. Oscar Västberg made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. Oscar Västberg was out of position in the 79 minute of play, and Cristian Sancho capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cristian Sancho really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. After having played for 81 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 86th minute, Arktis BoIS's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by İlmi Akıncıbey in the 87th minute of play. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İlmi Akıncıbey in the 89th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling İlmi Akıncıbey in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Dick Söderqwist hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Ecuador were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
