After 8 minutes of play, La Bichineta's Godfried Teunens made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! 14 minutes into the match, Godfried Teunens had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Godfried Teunens was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 19thth minute of the game Godfried Teunens who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Godfried Teunens's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. After 31 minutes Venezuela's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Poncio Justo who took care of the corner kick. After 31 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Joshua Secada. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Poncio Justo in the 32nd minute of play. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Godfried Teunens tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godfried Teunens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 36 minutes, Godfried Teunens managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Bichineta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Godfried Teunens was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 43 minutes into the match, Godfried Teunens dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant, 3-0. La Bichineta were awarded a corner in the 49th minute after Venezuela's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Poncio Justo took the corner. La Bichineta's Arnaldo Pirmin was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jonathan Ferrant in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Godfried Teunens stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Gaos. After 54 minutes of play, La Bichineta's Godfried Teunens made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! 57 minutes into the match, La Bichineta's goalkeeper Silvestre Peli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Illescas. After 58 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Alex Chicote. Alex Chicote kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. In the 61st minute, Eliseo Iigo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The La Bichineta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Eliseo Iigo scored 6-0 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The throw-in from Salvador Gisbert in the 68th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by La Bichineta's Amado Filipo. Silvestre Peli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 69th minute of the match. In the 70th minute Eliseo Iigo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Iigo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eliseo Iigo's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 95th minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Iigo in the 95th minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, Eliseo Iigo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-0. There was no doubt that La Bichineta were the better team. La Bichineta's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
