The supporters of USA booed when SISTRELLS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aita Yeste didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 13th match minute, SISTRELLS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aita Yeste to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, SISTRELLS's Bartolo Cheche got a free kick in the 19th minute. Filomeno Benedicto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Mcdonald, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Filomeno Benedicto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Monty Rogers went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The corner ended in Celso Sandaili almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but USA's Marco Day did a great save. In the 28th minute, Cassius Byrne made a precise shot to the right of Filomeno Benedicto. SISTRELLS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. With a little luck, USA's Marco Day got control of the ball when Celso Sandaili tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 43rd minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filomeno Benedicto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half USA were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sheldon Cooper made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Celso Sandaili hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 56 minutes into the game, Cassius Byrne cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Filomeno Benedicto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. SISTRELLS made a substitution. Anacleto Perpiñán replaced Rickard Bokelund. 61 minutes into the match, SISTRELLS's Mateo Primeiro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marco Day narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
