Colombia's Axel Montenegro was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Fredric Olsson in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 12th minute of play forced Sannegården BK's goalkeeper Fredric Olsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Colombia's Samuel Navarro got a free kick in the 15th minute. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Erik Mattsson in the 16th minute of play. With a little luck, Colombia's Pedro Manzanares got control of the ball when Karl-Erik Mattsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Sannegården BK fans cheered their team off the field, for while Colombia had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
