Dražen Ladić showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santino Seco in the 15th minute of the match. Marcelo Cordero's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Manzanares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. Pedro Manzanares was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Marcelo Cordero showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 20 minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's goal looked a bit too open when Santino Seco came free, but Dražen Ladić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's Dražen Ladić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santino Seco in the 29th minute of play. Dražen Ladić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 31st minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Marcelo Cordero ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro Manzanares was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Axel Montenegro might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dražen Ladić. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Axel Montenegro ran back to his position shaking his head. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abram Sarmiento stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's Dražen Ladić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Montenegro in the 55th minute of play. In the 56th minute Marcelo Cordero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Abram Sarmiento's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dražen Ladić was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abram Sarmiento in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dražen Ladić saved Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT from getting behind. In the 61st minute of the match Colombia got a corner. Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Axel Montenegro ran over to the corner to take the kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abram Secada got free with Dražen Ladić in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 90th minute, Zheng Jing Feng made a precise shot to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0.
