Dražen Ladić showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monty Rogers, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Dražen Ladić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cassius Byrne in the 7th minute of play. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Cordero in the 8th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Dražen Ladić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute, Monty Rogers ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dražen Ladić was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's Dražen Ladić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edward Mcdonald in the 18th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cassius Byrne in the 22nd minute of play forced Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's goalkeeper Dražen Ladić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to USA getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Raphael Moore hit a great ball. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Cordero in the 31st minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's goal looked a bit too open when Cassius Byrne came free, but Dražen Ladić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT booed when USA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edward Mcdonald didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marcelo Cordero to make the kick off. After 50 played minutes Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT got a freekick which was hit by Estevão Benevides. The supporters of USA booed when Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Estevão Benevides didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's Dražen Ladić proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT from getting a goal against them. Dražen Ladić took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cassius Byrne, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in USA's zone, Marcelo Cordero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marco Day came out of the goal and Marcelo Cordero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 64th minute Hélder Donatello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hélder Donatello in the 65th minute of play. Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT made a substitution. Maximo Bertol replaced Estevão Benevides. USA made a substitution. Sam Campbell replaced Cassius Byrne. Sam Campbell scored 0-2 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dražen Ladić, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. USA were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
