Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Joel Gaona made the kick off and thus started the match. Aldo Isias came out of the goal in the 2nd minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Joel Gaona. But to his dismay, Joel Gaona quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Piquirenda FC's Aldo Isias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luca Zorita in the 6th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 8th minute of play forced Piquirenda FC's goalkeeper Aldo Isias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 9th minute of play forced Piquirenda FC's goalkeeper Aldo Isias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 10th minute of play forced Piquirenda FC's goalkeeper Aldo Isias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aldo Isias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Mexico booed when Piquirenda FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximiliano Toro didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Saverio Benat got free with Dante Lacasa in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maximiliano Toro in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dante Lacasa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aldo Isias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 17th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Alberto Tafalla sped through Piquirenda FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Aldo Isias. After some careless play in the Piquirenda FC defense, Facundo Cadaval kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aldo Isias. The Piquirenda FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aldo Isias should have stopped the shot. After 31 played minutes Piquirenda FC got a freekick which was hit by Evelio Ilazki. 33 minutes into the game, Eliseo Iraitz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Piquirenda FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mexico the free kick. In the 33rd minute, Eliseo Iraitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo got a free kick in the 36th minute. In the 38th minute Saverio Benat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Piquirenda FC's Iker Vistruario got a free kick in the 40th minute. Aldo Isias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 45th minute of play. In the 46th minute, Alberto Tafalla ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aldo Isias was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Piquirenda FC's Samuel Munio was substituted for Fabricio Loi. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Saverio Benat stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Eliseo Iraitz was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 55 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Piquirenda FC's Eliseo Iraitz got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 60th minute, Lautaro Mancebo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 73rd minute Siro Endira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rd match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Facundo Cadaval to maneuver through the defense. Siro Endira struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Dante Lacasa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Piquirenda FC. 79 minutes into the match, Alberto Tafalla had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aldo Isias. Piquirenda FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alberto Tafalla was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-9. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Joel Gaona managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Joel Gaona was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aldo Isias breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 85 minutes into the match, Piquirenda FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Aldo Isias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aldo Isias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. After 89 played minutes Alberto Tafalla rounded Piquirenda FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-10. Nicasio Lauaxeta kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. When Lautaro Mancebo came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lautaro Mancebo couldn't finish the play. Aldo Isias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 98 minutes, Maximiliano Toro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Piquirenda FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maximiliano Toro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
