The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Teodoro Horcajo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Noel Seide showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodoro Horcajo, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. In the 8th minute Teodoro Horcajo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Noel Seide saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 9th minute by Teodoro Horcajo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. García Azcaraso got a throw-in 12 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Teodoro Horcajo. 14 minutes in the game García Azcaraso did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Denis Terrazas. If Denis Terrazas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 18 played minutes Zapotal SC got a freekick which was hit by García Azcaraso. Ernso Constant kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. 24 minutes into the match, Haiti's goalkeeper Noel Seide had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teodoro Horcajo. Rodney Emmanuel's late challenge caught a Zapotal SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rodney Emmanuel helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Zapotal SC booed when Haiti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodney Emmanuel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Denis Terrazas scored 1-0 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Noel Seide, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Noel Seide had great luck who in the 32ndth minute grab hold of the ball when Teodoro Horcajo from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. After some careless play in the Haiti defense, Teodoro Horcajo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Noel Seide. The Haiti fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Noel Seide should have stopped the shot. Noel Seide showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jimmy Dorado, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Noel Seide showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Corozo Abaunza in the 44th minute of the match. In the 47th minute, Corozo Abaunza reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Noel Seide. The goal made the score 3-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jonathan Alphonse made a kick off. In the 58th match minute, Haiti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Alphonse to maneuver through the defense. In the 60th minute, Jean Claude Ulysse hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Candelario Zadaya missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 61 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Noel Seide right hand side. Teodoro Horcajo struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Noel Seide didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zapotal SC. In the 64th minute Teodoro Horcajo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Noel Seide saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 72 played minutes Zapotal SC got a freekick which was hit by García Azcaraso. Gesner Philippe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 75th match minute, Zapotal SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Unai Soporta to maneuver through the defense. Noel Seide made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Corozo Abaunza in the 77th minute of play. A collision led to Haiti getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Jean Claude Ulysse hit a great ball. Zapotal SC's Teodoro Horcajo got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ernso Constant hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Noel Seide showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Corozo Abaunza, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. After 88 played minutes Haiti got a freekick which was hit by Ernso Constant. Noel Seide showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodoro Horcajo in the 94th minute of the match. Denis Terrazas took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Noel Seide. Noel Seide dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Zapotal SC had played much better football throughout.
