If Sigve Rossland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Qiao Jian Ping hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. 12 minutes into the match, Jarana FC's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Costa came free, but Tadeo Distiratsu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 13 minutes had been played when some careless play by Jarana FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tomas Illescas was slow to take the kick. During this time Venezuela's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Venezuela's corner Tomas Illescas fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Tadeo Distiratsu quite easily take care of the ball. Jarana FC's Wilfredo Gitano got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Wilfredo Gitano succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 23rd playminute. 26 minutes into the match, Wilfredo Gitano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wilfredo Gitano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. In the 32nd minute, Marciano Christobal reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. The goal made the score 4-0. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a free kick in the 34th minute. 42 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Wilfredo Gitano came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jarana FC's Wilfredo Gitano got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wilfredo Gitano to make the kick off. If Wilfredo Gitano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilfredo Gitano in the 51st minute of the match. 53 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Wilfredo Gitano came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wilfredo Gitano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Wilfredo Gitano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. The Jarana FC fans' excitement grew in the 63rd match minute when Jarana FC's Wilfredo Gitano looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Wilfredo Gitano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Alex Chicote hit a great ball. Wilfredo Gitano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilfredo Gitano in the 77th minute of play. After 79 minutes of play, Jarana FC's Wilfredo Gitano made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Jarana FC's Wilfredo Gitano in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venezuela's goalie prevented a goal. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilfredo Gitano, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. The supporters of Jarana FC booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Chicote didn't get a good kick on the ball. 89 minutes into the match, Wilfredo Gitano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wilfredo Gitano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Jarana FC's Wilfredo Gitano. But to his dismay, Wilfredo Gitano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0.
