Julian Murillo started the match with the kick off. Julian Murillo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Abdulkadir Eraslan having to make a save. After 5 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Peru! After 12 minutes of play, Peru's Luz Tejedor made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Abdulkadir Eraslan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Peru's Alonso Berganza managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Egídio I in the 17 minute of the game. 18 minutes into the game, Julian Murillo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Abdulkadir Eraslan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronaldo Fenomeno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 32 minutes into the game, Peru's Julian Murillo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Abdulkadir Eraslan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. 35 minutes into the match, Julian Murillo notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Miau Stars's Abdulkadir Eraslan. Abdulkadir Eraslan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Abdulkadir Eraslan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 39th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Flavinho Sousa. Miau Stars were awarded a corner in the 42th minute after Peru's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Marco Veremundo took the corner. Miau Stars's Ronaldo Fenomeno got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronaldo Fenomeno in the 47th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ronaldo Fenomeno made a kick off. Rolando Noboa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ronaldo Fenomeno's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. The supporters of Miau Stars booed when Peru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alonso Berganza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luz Tejedor struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Abdulkadir Eraslan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Peru. Rolando Noboa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ronaldo Fenomeno's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. 70 minutes into the match, Miau Stars's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Abdulkadir Eraslan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peru's attack was well implemented in the 70th minute, but when Julian Murillo was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Miau Stars made a substitution. Wim Zuidam replaced Marco Veremundo. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luz Tejedor in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abdulkadir Eraslan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Through an outstanding action, after 76 minutes, Abdulkadir Eraslan successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Abdulkadir Eraslan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luz Tejedor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. İslam Mengüalp made in the 91st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Milagros Fraga. After having played for 95 minutes, Ronaldo Fenomeno managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Miau Stars's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ronaldo Fenomeno was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the final whistle sounded Peru left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Miau Stars.
