The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Beltrán City FC booed when Pakovah F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Pena didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Percival Mello fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pakovah F.C.'s protests and gave Percival Mello a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Pakovah F.C. getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Percival Mello hit a great ball. Pakovah F.C.'s Francisco Freire played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filomeno Frascuelo in the 16th minute of play. Alberto Sarracino didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Percival Mello went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. After 22 played minutes Beltrán City FC got a freekick which was hit by Teofilo Joachim. David Pena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Alberto Sarracino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Francisco Freire took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benedicto Goito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Francisco Freire made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benedicto Goito in the 34th minute of play. Filomeno Frascuelo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Benedicto Goito made a kick off. Beltrán City FC's Jonathan Maldonado managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Jonas Vianna in the 60 minute of the game. Jonathan Maldonado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Francisco Freire tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 62nd minute, Rodrigo Vinhas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 67 minutes into the match, Pakovah F.C.'s goalkeeper Francisco Freire had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benedicto Goito. 73 minutes into the game, Jonas Vianna threw the ball into play from the sideline. Beltrán City FC's Baltasar Eutropio quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 74thth minute of the game Percival Mello who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Beltrán City FC's Alberto Sarracino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Beltrán City FC defense, Percival Mello kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alberto Sarracino. The Beltrán City FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alberto Sarracino should have stopped the shot. Francisco Freire showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filomeno Frascuelo, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Beltrán City FC's Baltasar Eutropio managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Rodrigo Vinhas in the 83 minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Percival Mello in the 85th minute of play forced Beltrán City FC's goalkeeper Alberto Sarracino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Beltrán City FC booed when Pakovah F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcus Sá didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benedicto Goito could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Francisco Freire made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Pakovah F.C.'s Jonas Vianna got a free kick in the 90th minute.

The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Pakovah F.C. fans cheered their team off the field, for while Beltrán City FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
