The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the game, Black Cloud FC's Anıl Cenk Tanacan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Anders Lundqvist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Golden Lions FC's Anders Lundqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anıl Cenk Tanacan in the 9th minute of play. In the 11th minute, Xurdin Pareja hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 14 minutes in the game Björn Björkqvist did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Bebben Johansson. Tolga Kural made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bebben Johansson in the 16th minute of play. After taking down the ball on Golden Lions FC's corner Arne Tönnberg fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Tolga Kural quite easily take care of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Loco Durazno in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tolga Kural prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Black Cloud FC's Sven-Ove Björkqvist got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Anders Lundqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anıl Cenk Tanacan in the 27th minute of play. After some careless play in the Golden Lions FC defense, Anıl Cenk Tanacan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anders Lundqvist. The Golden Lions FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anders Lundqvist should have stopped the shot. 32 minutes into the game, Black Cloud FC's Anıl Cenk Tanacan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Anders Lundqvist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mats Nyström in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tolga Kural saved Black Cloud FC from getting behind. Tolga Kural stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mats Nyström's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. Mats Nyström scored 3-1 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tolga Kural, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Golden Lions FC's Loco Durazno got a free kick in the 47th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Loco Durazno stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Mats Nyström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tolga Kural saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aldo Campitelli took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anders Lundqvist. Anders Lundqvist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Black Cloud FC's Atalan Tosunoğlu was substituted for Ahmet Kağan Kutsoy. Black Cloud FC made a substitution. Hayati Seyyid replaced Sven-Ove Björkqvist. Black Cloud FC's Stefan Motyl was substituted for Anıl Cenk Tanacan. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Golden Lions FC's goalkeeper Anders Lundqvist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Golden Lions FC made a substitution. İbrahim Efe Topdemir replaced Marcelo Steven. Golden Lions FC's Burç Tokhan was substituted for Loco Durazno. Golden Lions FC's Cosme Larpe was substituted for Georg Termander. Black Cloud FC were awarded a corner in the 81th minute after Golden Lions FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hayati Seyyid took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Hayati Seyyid got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Anders Lundqvist quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Mats Nyström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Tolga Kural made a huge save. Atalan Tosunoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 92 minutes into the game, Stefan Motyl cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Anders Lundqvist was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Zeynel Hükümran lost his temper 97 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Tolga Kural had in the 98thth minute some difficulties stopping Burç Tokhan's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball.
