Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Joel Gaona got the match started through his kick off. Emiliano Giusto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dante Lacasa having to make a save. In the 6th minute Emiliano Giusto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, Old BaoBaB Accademy's Anfilogino Furia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dante Lacasa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Old BaoBaB Accademy's Fabiano Violento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 15th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Old BaoBaB Accademy's Cesare Marcolongo got a free kick in the 18th minute. Anfilogino Furia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. Cesare Marcolongo kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. In the 27th minute, Emiliano Giusto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Old BaoBaB Accademy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Fabiano Violento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fabiano Violento showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 40th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Emiliano Giusto to make the kick off. When Mexico's Joel Gaona in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Old BaoBaB Accademy's goalie prevented a goal. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 53rd minute. The corner ended in Joel Gaona almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Old BaoBaB Accademy's Fabiano Violento did a great save. Fabiano Violento made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 69th minute. After 71 played minutes Old BaoBaB Accademy got a freekick which was hit by Norberto Ursino. Old BaoBaB Accademy's Prince Queen was substituted for Robert Pirès. 74 minutes into the match, Old BaoBaB Accademy's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Fabiano Violento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th minute Anfilogino Furia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Anfilogino Furia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Old BaoBaB Accademy's supporters rose to their feet, but Anfilogino Furia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dante Lacasa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
