After some careless play in the Szombathely Squirrels defense, Pascal Nouma kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Róbert Kormos. The Szombathely Squirrels fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Róbert Kormos should have stopped the shot. Arif Ensar Öveç hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 33rd minute Szombathely Squirrels were awarded a corner. Ferenc Jászberényi went to the cornerflag to take it. Szombathely Squirrels's Ferenc Jászberényi was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Balaban Orcaner in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Róbert Kormos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pascal Nouma in the 36th minute of play. In the 44th minute Pascal Nouma shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Róbert Kormos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kurt-Jürgen El Abidine Ben Ali kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Black Cloud FC's Yavuz Selim Karakaya got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 68 minutes into the match, Black Cloud FC's Yavuz Selim Karakaya sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Róbert Kormos narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
