After 8 minutes, Ivan Mrňus mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AFK Petržalka and the Howling Dawn U18 players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 8 played minutes AFK Petržalka got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Mrňus. With an all-out effort, Howling Dawn U18's Norberd Valentík threw himself towards the right post 9 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Axl Rose, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 10 minutes had been played when some careless play by AFK Petržalka's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Uriel Lauren was slow to take the kick. During this time Howling Dawn U18's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Howling Dawn U18's Uriel Lauren to fire away a dangerous shot which Norberd Valentík despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axl Rose in the 13th minute of play forced AFK Petržalka's goalkeeper Norberd Valentík to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute Axl Rose shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Norberd Valentík saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, AFK Petržalka's Norberd Valentík got control of the ball when Uriel Lauren tried to sneak it across the goal line. Romulo Palos might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Norberd Valentík. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Romulo Palos ran back to his position shaking his head. After 22 played minutes AFK Petržalka got a freekick which was hit by Tibor Barmoš. In the 24th match minute, Howling Dawn U18 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elias Mergildo to maneuver through the defense. When Howling Dawn U18's Axl Rose in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AFK Petržalka's goalie prevented a goal. In the 28th minute, Ivan Mrňus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in AFK Petržalka's zone, Axl Rose stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Norberd Valentík came out of the goal and Axl Rose tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Axl Rose struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Norberd Valentík didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Howling Dawn U18. The audience was convinced that Axl Rose's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Norberd Valentík was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. If Gerard Way had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Axl Rose in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Norberd Valentík saved AFK Petržalka from getting behind. In the 53rd minute Gerard Way shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Norberd Valentík saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Peter Hvižďák during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After having played for 56 minutes, Uriel Lauren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Howling Dawn U18's supporters crossed their fingers, but Uriel Lauren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Norberd Valentík came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Howling Dawn U18's Axl Rose. But to his dismay, Axl Rose quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Norberd Valentík showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerard Way, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in AFK Petržalka's zone, Axl Rose stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Norberd Valentík came out of the goal and Axl Rose tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Axl Rose scored 3-0 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Norberd Valentík, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 71st minute Axl Rose shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Norberd Valentík saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd minute Axl Rose shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Norberd Valentík saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Howling Dawn U18 made a substitution. Scott Weiland replaced Axl Rose. Astor Manilan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norberd Valentík having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Scott Weiland's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Norberd Valentík was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. Everardo Garoa hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Scott Weiland fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norberd Valentík having to interfere. Uriel Lauren kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. There was no doubt that Howling Dawn U18 were the better team. Howling Dawn U18's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
