Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the game, Dag Laskowski recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lukasz Traczewski. Dag Laskowski showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Dariusz Soszka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iwo Dziedziak in the 11th minute of play. In the 13th minute Iwo Dziedziak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dariusz Soszka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Witold Mnich hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Wiktor Hendzel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dariusz Soszka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iwo Dziedziak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Modlau's Radowit Mondrowski got a free kick in the 37th minute. In the 39th minute Yelonki were awarded a corner. Przemyslaw Majerowicz went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Przemyslaw Majerowicz almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Modlau's Lukasz Traczewski did a great save. Dag Laskowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Lukasz Traczewski made a huge save. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Zlatin Ibrahimović made the kick off in the second half. After 54 played minutes Yelonki got a freekick which was hit by Alfred Jajko. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wiktor Hendzel in the 58th minute of play forced Modlau's goalkeeper Lukasz Traczewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Tobiasz Tamulewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Yelonki's Zenon Turek was substituted for Klement Pisarcik. Yelonki's Arkadiusz Rozanski was substituted for Jakub Bobrowski. After 68 minutes Modlau's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Przemyslaw Majerowicz who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Yelonki's Przemyslaw Majerowicz to fire away a dangerous shot which Lukasz Traczewski despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Przemyslaw Majerowicz's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Lukasz Traczewski on his right side and into the goal. 69 minutes into the game it was 2-1. The supporters of Modlau booed when Yelonki was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arkadiusz Rozanski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dag Laskowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lukasz Traczewski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. Tymoteusz Gdaniec could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Dariusz Soszka made a huge save. After 80 played minutes Yelonki got a freekick which was hit by Wiktor Hendzel. Dariusz Soszka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Walery Rekawiczka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Modlau's Tymoteusz Gdaniec got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Modlau booed when Yelonki was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfred Karanewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Czeslaw Miecznikowski was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 88th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 96th minute, Alfred Jajko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yelonki's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
