Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Håvard Bjørke made in the 5th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Olimpiu Rizea however managed to control. In the 7th minute, Milagros Fraga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vali Maghiar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 8 minutes, Ernest Manea made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Peru's Rolando Noboa tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A throw-in in the 17th minute of the game was made by Vintilă Bălășescu with Håvard Bjørke as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 21 minutes into the match, Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Olimpiu Rizea. With a little luck, Peru's Rolando Noboa got control of the ball when Olimpiu Rizea tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 25 minutes FC Politehnica Timisoara's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luz Tejedor who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of FC Politehnica Timisoara's goalie and right to Eliseo Mina. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. FC Politehnica Timisoara's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Isac Hojbota took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Peru's Rolando Noboa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Peru from getting a goal against them. Joaquin Prats kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in FC Politehnica Timisoara's zone, Julian Murillo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isac Hojbota came out of the goal and Julian Murillo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 33 minutes of play, Peru's Luz Tejedor made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Isac Hojbota was left in no man's land by his defense there! 36 minutes into the match, Julian Murillo notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of FC Politehnica Timisoara's Isac Hojbota. Isac Hojbota was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Isac Hojbota made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 47th minute of play. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Joaquin Prats kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. After having played for 53 minutes, Martin Crușeveanu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Politehnica Timisoara's supporters crossed their fingers, but Martin Crușeveanu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 56th minute of the game Vintilă Bălășescu made a throw-in which Håvard Bjørke played forward. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olimpiu Rizea in the 57th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Isac Hojbota narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Vintilă Bălășescu made in the 64th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Håvard Bjørke. In the 66th minute, Peru's Julian Murillo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Isac Hojbota. Isac Hojbota yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. In the 69th minute, Yosua Helguera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eliseo Mina blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Isac Hojbota having to make a save. A throw-in in the 73rd minute of the game was made by Alin Moșanu with Yosua Helguera as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 77th play minute Julian Murillo came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Isac Hojbota. 1-4. After a rather tough play, Peru's Eliseo Mina got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso. 89 minutes into the game, Olimpiu Rizea cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-4. Rolando Noboa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rafael Gallo in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Isac Hojbota prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 95th minute, Rafael Gallo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle sounded Peru left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC Politehnica Timisoara.
