Ѱ Nuevo Dragón Rojo FC Ѱ's Ivo Tropchev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Monty Rogers in the 6th minute of play. USA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cassius Byrne in the 7th minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Ѱ Nuevo Dragón Rojo FC Ѱ's goalie and right to Jacob May. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Ѱ Nuevo Dragón Rojo FC Ѱ's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Ivo Tropchev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Monty Rogers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Monty Rogers's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ivo Tropchev was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bacary Ligier in the 16th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monty Rogers in the 18th minute of play forced Ѱ Nuevo Dragón Rojo FC Ѱ's goalkeeper Ivo Tropchev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sergio Cesaro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marco Day read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Ѱ Nuevo Dragón Rojo FC Ѱ's goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Ivo Tropchev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Sergio Cesaro came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half USA were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergio Cesaro in the 50th minute of the match. Ivo Tropchev made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cassius Byrne in the 57th minute. Ivo Tropchev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Monty Rogers in the 60th minute of play. With a little luck, Ѱ Nuevo Dragón Rojo FC Ѱ's Ivo Tropchev got control of the ball when Cassius Byrne tried to sneak it across the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Bacary Ligier came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marco Day stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sergio Cesaro's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eustacio Mino, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. When the match clock showed 75 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Sergio Cesaro sped through USA's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marco Day. Ѱ Nuevo Dragón Rojo FC Ѱ's Fulvio Terenzi was substituted for Eustacio Mino. USA made a substitution. Khalid Parry replaced Monty Rogers. USA's Marco Baker was substituted for Edward Mcdonald. If Martin Urtado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 84 minutes into the match, Ѱ Nuevo Dragón Rojo FC Ѱ's goalkeeper Ivo Tropchev had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sam Campbell. Antonio Nerio kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fulvio Terenzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. 89 minutes into the match, Ѱ Nuevo Dragón Rojo FC Ѱ's goal looked a bit too open when Khalid Parry came free, but Ivo Tropchev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Fulvio Terenzi came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the USA players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
