Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Edmundo Espiga got the match started through his kick off. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristoforo Daniele, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Edmundo Espiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 12th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivan Navarro to maneuver through the defense. Sconvols United's Angelo Di Salvatore played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 15th minute of play. Luiz Faria recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Ivan Navarro got a free kick in the 30th minute. Angelo Di Salvatore showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Villa, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. 36 minutes into the match, Luiz Faria notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Honduras's Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 42nd minute Luiz Faria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luiz Faria stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute of the game Ivan Navarro made a throw-in which Sebastian Villa played forward. In the 52nd minute, Luiz Faria ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lautaro Navarro was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. When Luiz Faria came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Sconvols United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luiz Faria couldn't finish the play. Angelo Di Salvatore made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 58th minute of play. After having played for 68 minutes, Cristoforo Daniele managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sconvols United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristoforo Daniele was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Angelo Di Salvatore made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Villa in the 73rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Honduras's zone, Luiz Faria stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal and Luiz Faria tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 78 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Milagros Cabal. In the 79th minute of the match Luiz Faria shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lautaro Navarro showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Angelo Di Salvatore took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 84th minute, Moises Tafalla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Shingo Aoi kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Sconvols United were victorious despite being under pressure from Honduras for much of the match.
