Peru's Eliseo Mina managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Blas Bazil in the 4 minute of the game. In the 5th match minute, Peru was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Efraim Gilabert to maneuver through the defense. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chinwe Venchak in the 6th minute of the match. When ☢️ Jeringa Fc☢️'s Chinwe Venchak in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 15th minute Luz Tejedor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zhuo Chao saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Julian Murillo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zhuo Chao was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. 25 minutes into the match, Julian Murillo notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of ☢️ Jeringa Fc☢️'s Zhuo Chao. Hudson Meira dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Peru's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luz Tejedor in the 30th minute. After taking down the ball on Peru's corner Luz Tejedor fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Zhuo Chao quite easily take care of the ball. After taking down the ball on Peru's corner Luz Tejedor fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Zhuo Chao quite easily take care of the ball. The attack was good, but when Eliseo Mina in the 32nd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chinwe Venchak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 37th minute of play forced ☢️ Jeringa Fc☢️'s goalkeeper Zhuo Chao to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Hudson Meira managed to get in a good position for a shot. ☢️ Jeringa Fc☢️'s supporters rose to their feet, but Hudson Meira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rolando Noboa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 47 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Edwin Telin came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 47 minutes, Edwin Telin made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Peru's Rolando Noboa tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 59th minute Guaberto Urtsua shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zhuo Chao made an important save on a dangerous shot by Milagros Fraga in the 61st minute. In the 66th minute, Eliseo Mina fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Zhuo Chao, passed just outside the right post. In the 80th minute Luz Tejedor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zhuo Chao saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 83 played minutes Peru got a freekick which was hit by Emmanuel Reyes. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso.
