In the 9thth minute of the game Edmundo Espiga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but F.C.BARLAD's Mihail Tomozei was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 14th minute, Edmundo Espiga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 16 minutes into the match, Luca Espinar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mihail Tomozei. Mihail Tomozei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 40th minute of the match. 45 minutes into the game, Ivan Navarro threw the ball into play from the sideline. F.C.BARLAD's Maxim Cara quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After the first half Honduras were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edmundo Espiga to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Șerban Bitănescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edmundo Espiga struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. F.C.BARLAD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Honduras the free kick. The supporters of Honduras booed when F.C.BARLAD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iustinian Cucu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edmundo Espiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, F.C.BARLAD's Adrian Mercea got a free kick in the 78th minute. 80 minutes into the game, Maxim Cara was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. F.C.BARLAD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Honduras the free kick. When Edmundo Espiga came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edmundo Espiga couldn't finish the play. 83 minutes into the match, F.C.BARLAD's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Mihail Tomozei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nistor Ghiorman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mihail Tomozei stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmundo Espiga's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Milagros Cabal hit a great ball. If Maxim Cara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Honduras played a much better game than F.C.BARLAD and deserved their victory. The F.C.BARLAD players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
