Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Głodne Ghule's Leonard Dziechciowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 12th minute of play. Felix Montenegro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonard Dziechciowski having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Głodne Ghule's Ryszard Kowalski got a free kick in the 16th minute. Leonard Dziechciowski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Felix Montenegro went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After 21 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leonard Dziechciowski was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Through an outstanding action, after 29 minutes, Julio Vera successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 30thth minute of the game Robby Lewandowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Robby Lewandowski in the 31st minute. Luis Andino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Leonard Dziechciowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Głodne Ghule players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 0-3.

In the 50th minute, Daniel Zorita hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonard Dziechciowski having to interfere. In the 55th minute, Cristian Sancho made a precise shot to the right of Leonard Dziechciowski. Głodne Ghule's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. The crowd rose to their feet as Ecuador's Cristian Sancho slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Leonard Dziechciowski. That made the score 0-5 after 57 minutes of play. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Daniel Zorita kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Leonard Dziechciowski. That made the score 0-6 in the 63 minute of play. Głodne Ghule's Leonard Dziechciowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Montenegro in the 66th minute of play. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Głodne Ghule was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Krzysztof Penczkowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. 75 minutes into the match, Felix Montenegro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leonard Dziechciowski. Głodne Ghule's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Felix Montenegro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leonard Dziechciowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. 82 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Leonard Dziechciowski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 85 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita notched a goal, 0-9, to the right of Głodne Ghule's Leonard Dziechciowski. Leonard Dziechciowski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Felix Montenegro struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Leonard Dziechciowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leonard Dziechciowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. In the 95th minute, Slawomir Wozniak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Głodne Ghule throughout the match.
