Spectators: 6814 (Terracing: 5112, Seating: 1567, VIP seats: 135) White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s Remigio Vigil started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s goalkeeper Codruț Hanganu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s Carlos Berbiz got a free kick in the 9th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cheng Zhan Sheng got free with Silas de Andrade in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 14 minutes into the match, Los Hornos's goalkeeper Silas de Andrade had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cheng Zhan Sheng. The audience was convinced that Remigio Vigil's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Silas de Andrade was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s Codruț Hanganu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ghitã Butuc in the 17th minute of play. In the 24th minute, Dário Prada ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Codruț Hanganu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s zone, Dário Prada stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Codruț Hanganu came out of the goal and Dário Prada tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. George Deac received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Silas de Andrade came out and tried to block the shot, but George Deac slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 43rd minute. After 46 played minutes White&Blue Lions-Stiinta- got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Berbiz. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dário Prada in the 47th minute of play forced White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s goalkeeper Codruț Hanganu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dário Prada made a kick off. Silas de Andrade took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remigio Vigil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 55th minute, Remigio Vigil made a precise shot to the right of Silas de Andrade. Los Hornos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. Dário Prada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Codruț Hanganu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Silas de Andrade made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remigio Vigil in the 62nd minute of play. Silas de Andrade stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Remigio Vigil's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. White&Blue Lions-Stiinta- made a substitution. Xiao Fan Jing replaced Remigio Vigil. Codruț Hanganu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dário Prada in the 77th minute of the match. 80 minutes into the match, Cheng Zhan Sheng notched a goal, 5-2, to the right of Los Hornos's Silas de Andrade. Silas de Andrade was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Los Hornos made a substitution. Oodo Rosin replaced Ghitã Butuc. Silas de Andrade made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cheng Zhan Sheng in the 92nd minute of play. Los Hornos's Silas de Andrade played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xiao Fan Jing in the 93rd minute of play. Silas de Andrade took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cheng Zhan Sheng, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

When the referee ended the match the White&Blue Lions-Stiinta- players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
