Spectators: 4465 (Terracing: 3465, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Antonis Sapounopoulos got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tor Njurenius in the 21st minute of play forced ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ ΜΙΛΑΝΟΥ's goalkeeper Alkaios Kalfopoulos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 22 minutes, Gustav Ahlquist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vänge IF and the ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ ΜΙΛΑΝΟΥ players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gustav Ahlquist kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aggelos Labrakis got free with Jens-Ola Lööf in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Antonis Sapounopoulos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Jens-Ola Lööf tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vänge IF's Jens-Ola Lööf proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Vänge IF from getting a goal against them. Tim Frykberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Alkaios Kalfopoulos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 38th minute, Sven-Ove Jonasson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alkaios Kalfopoulos was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Tim Frykberg scored 1-2 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alkaios Kalfopoulos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half Vänge IF were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sven-Ove Jonasson to strike the kick off in the second half. Vänge IF's Tim Frykberg got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Knut Åström hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. After 57 played minutes ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ ΜΙΛΑΝΟΥ got a freekick which was hit by Sotiris Moscholidis. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ ΜΙΛΑΝΟΥ's goalkeeper Alkaios Kalfopoulos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 60th minute, Tim Frykberg reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alkaios Kalfopoulos. The goal made the score 1-3. After a rather tough play, Vänge IF's Vincent Boklund got a free kick in the 77th minute. A collision led to Vänge IF getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Tor Njurenius hit a great ball. Niklas Mogren hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Jens-Ola Lööf made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexis Gelis in the 87th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexis Gelis in the 90th minute of play forced Vänge IF's goalkeeper Jens-Ola Lööf to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jens-Ola Lööf showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christos Karapiperis, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Sven-Ove Jonasson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alkaios Kalfopoulos having to interfere.

The ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ ΜΙΛΑΝΟΥ fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Vänge IF were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
