After some careless play in the Tunge Titans defense, Nicolae Mandache kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joar Asserlind. The Tunge Titans fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joar Asserlind should have stopped the shot. Joar Asserlind didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cosmin Bobeica went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Joar Asserlind made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cosmin Bobeica in the 32nd minute of play. Minerul Baita -MM-'s Aurelian Vârlan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niclas Lindsten in the 34th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Minerul Baita -MM-'s Cosmin Bobeica sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joar Asserlind narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cosmin Bobeica in the 45th minute of play forced Tunge Titans's goalkeeper Joar Asserlind to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When Mikael Kiempe came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Tunge Titans fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mikael Kiempe couldn't finish the play.

The Minerul Baita -MM- supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Minerul Baita -MM- would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
