Agustín Tastzian's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 8thth minute, Jonathan Ferrant skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Agustín Tastzian in the 10th minute. A collision led to Barrenta SC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Gilmar da Rocha hit a great ball. Patric Isaksson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Agustín Tastzian did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant 17 minutes into the match. 20 minutes into the game, Wellington de Godoi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Barrenta SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. Wellington de Godoi hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Agustín Tastzian succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 26th playminute. Agustín Tastzian hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Joshua Secada kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Agustín Tastzian ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Patricio Costa hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Agustín Tastzian sent off a good shot on target. Agustín Tastzian could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Gilmar da Rocha managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barrenta SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gilmar da Rocha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustín Tastzian in the 54th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 55 minutes of play, Barrenta SC's Agustín Tastzian made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Barrenta SC's zone, Patricio Costa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Patric Isaksson came out of the goal and Patricio Costa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 60th match minute, Barrenta SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nariman Mansourian to maneuver through the defense. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Barrenta SC's goalkeeper Patric Isaksson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustín Tastzian, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. 63 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Agustín Tastzian came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nariman Mansourian in the 64th minute of play. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Di Marinho in the 67th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 68th minute of the match Barrenta SC got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luiz Paulo do Valle ran over to the corner to take the kick. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Tomas Illescas hit a great ball. 73 minutes into the game, Barrenta SC's Fellipe Lago nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. In the 76th minute Agustín Tastzian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Barrenta SC booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Chicote didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Alex Chicote hit a great ball. Luiz Paulo do Valle's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 92nd minute Agustín Tastzian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Agustín Tastzian in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Barrenta SC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
