In the 3rd minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet-Sela-Yunus-Emre Cavia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cassius Byrne in the 6th minute of play forced FC Cavia Pyskowice's goalkeeper Ahmet-Sela-Yunus-Emre Cavia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wieslaw Ciborek got free with Marco Day in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 14 minutes into the match, FC Cavia Pyskowice's goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Ahmet-Sela-Yunus-Emre Cavia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ahmet-Sela-Yunus-Emre Cavia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Monty Rogers in the 17th minute of play. In the 17th minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet-Sela-Yunus-Emre Cavia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Edward Jaraczewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jedrzej Indyk in the 26th minute of play. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bon Scott, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jedrzej Indyk in the 28th minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jedrzej Indyk succeeded in the game's 32nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. Wieslaw Ciborek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Marco Day made a huge save. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jedrzej Indyk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 47 minutes of play, USA's Cassius Byrne made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ahmet-Sela-Yunus-Emre Cavia was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cassius Byrne made a kick off. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jedrzej Indyk in the 53rd minute of the match. When Monty Rogers came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the USA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Monty Rogers couldn't finish the play. Cassius Byrne who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 60thth minute tested the skills of Ahmet-Sela-Yunus-Emre Cavia when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 65 minutes into the match, FC Cavia Pyskowice's goalkeeper Ahmet-Sela-Yunus-Emre Cavia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cassius Byrne. A collision led to USA getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Edward Mcdonald hit a great ball. FC Cavia Pyskowice made a substitution. Hervé Trouche replaced Bon Scott. USA's Sam Campbell was substituted for Cassius Byrne. Edward Mcdonald hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miska Cavia, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Monty Rogers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. USA made a substitution. Marco Baker replaced Edward Mcdonald. Marco Baker kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hervé Trouche in the 85th minute of the match. Ahmet-Sela-Yunus-Emre Cavia was a little too slow when Khalid Parry got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 87th minute. The score was now 1-2. In the 90th minute, Marco Baker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ahmet-Sela-Yunus-Emre Cavia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sam Campbell in the 92nd minute. FC Cavia Pyskowice's Miroslaw Miazga got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ahmet-Sela-Yunus-Emre Cavia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Baker, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. When the match was over USA could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC Cavia Pyskowice throughout the match.
