Ionuț Iniesta was slow to take the kick. During this time Pesqueira City's players had a chance to rest. If Fabian Hansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. João Barone kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Alysson Rezende took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benjamin da Fonseca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Igor Cavalera received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mădălin Lunca came out and tried to block the shot, but Igor Cavalera slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 15th minute. In the 21st minute, Igor Cavalera reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mădălin Lunca. The goal made the score 2-0. 25 minutes into the match, Ogro F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin da Fonseca came free, but Alysson Rezende reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Pesqueira City getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Benjamin da Fonseca hit a great ball. In the 30th minute Benjamin da Fonseca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alysson Rezende saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pesqueira City's Mădălin Lunca proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Pesqueira City from getting a goal against them. Alysson Rezende didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benjamin da Fonseca went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Igor Cavalera made the kick off in the second half. Pesqueira City's attentive Jeremias Orland managed to snatch the ball when João Barone made a throw-in in the 74th minute of the game. Luiz Pesquera kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. A collision led to Pesqueira City getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Luiz Pesquera hit a great ball. Alysson Rezende didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benjamin da Fonseca went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marco Minnemann in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mădălin Lunca saved Pesqueira City from getting behind. Pesqueira City's Mădălin Lunca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Minnemann in the 84th minute of play. Alysson Rezende made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benjamin da Fonseca in the 87th minute. 92 minutes into the game, Pesqueira City's Benjamin da Fonseca nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alysson Rezende made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-5. Alysson Rezende showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benjamin da Fonseca, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute.

Pesqueira City's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
