Jonas Hautot's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Haji Sarap read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. After some careless play in the Joinville City - FSCMZ defense, Jonas Hautot kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Haji Sarap. The Joinville City - FSCMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Haji Sarap should have stopped the shot. The supporters of La mano de D10S booed when Joinville City - FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardino Llorenc didn't get a good kick on the ball. La mano de D10S's Güray Orcan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geovanildo Luis in the 19th minute of play. Joinville City - FSCMZ were awarded a corner in the 20th minute after La mano de D10S's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tomás Reis took the corner. The corner led Joinville City - FSCMZ's Henrique Camargo to fire away a dangerous shot which Güray Orcan despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. A collision led to Joinville City - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Karsten Ulbak hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, La mano de D10S's Carmelo Puyol got a free kick in the 23rd minute. With an all-out effort, Joinville City - FSCMZ's Güray Orcan threw himself towards the right post 28 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Geovanildo Luis, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A throw-in in the 29th minute of the game was made by Karsten Ulbak with Geovanildo Luis as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonas Hautot in the 33rd minute of play forced Joinville City - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Haji Sarap to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute, Jonas Hautot got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. La mano de D10S's Qiu Song suffered a sore foot after 48 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 49 minutes, Geovanildo Luis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Joinville City - FSCMZ and the La mano de D10S players grew even worse after the yellow card. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jonas Hautot was the one to do the kick off. In the 65th minute Geovanildo Luis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Güray Orcan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Güray Orcan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geovanildo Luis in the 65th minute of play. Jonas Hautot recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.
