Habil Castolo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 35thth minute, Pedro Manzanares skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. the xeneise dream team's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Genaro Farias in the 37th minute. A nice corner shot did that Genaro Farias got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Pedro Manzanares quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Axel Montenegro in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vinicio Aires saved the xeneise dream team from getting behind. Colombia's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Axel Montenegro in the 44th minute. The supporters of Colombia booed when the xeneise dream team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henrik Askelöf didn't get a good kick on the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abram Sarmiento to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, the xeneise dream team's Roque Mercurio got a free kick in the 50th minute. After 54 minutes Colombia's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Genaro Farias who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on the xeneise dream team's corner Genaro Farias fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Pedro Manzanares quite easily take care of the ball. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paolo Eutor, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. 59 minutes into the game, the xeneise dream team's Habil Castolo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Manzanares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. In the 64th minute of the match, Abram Sarmiento tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Vinicio Aires saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line.
