Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Florentino Herauso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jenson Smith in the 3rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jenson Smith in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Florentino Herauso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 5 minutes Santa Lucia de Merlo's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cassius Byrne who took care of the corner kick. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Diego Bradley advanced and headed the ball into goal, 0-1 in the 5th minute. After some careless play in the Santa Lucia de Merlo defense, Cassius Byrne kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Florentino Herauso. The Santa Lucia de Merlo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Florentino Herauso should have stopped the shot. 12 minutes into the match, USA's goalkeeper Marco Day had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by M. Agus Young. Marco Day made an important save on a dangerous shot by M. Agus Young in the 18th minute. Florentino Herauso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monty Rogers, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Florentino Herauso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cassius Byrne in the 24th minute of play. A collision led to Santa Lucia de Merlo getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. M. Agus Young dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when M. Agus Young got free with Marco Day in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. M. Agus Young was the one to do the kick off. If M. Agus Young had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from M. Agus Young, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. 65 minutes into the match, Santa Lucia de Merlo's goalkeeper Florentino Herauso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cassius Byrne. 67 minutes into the match, Santa Lucia de Merlo's goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Florentino Herauso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th minute M. Agus Young shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. USA made a substitution. Marco Baker replaced Edward Mcdonald. Santa Lucia de Merlo made a substitution. Levan Poggenborg replaced Ermegildo Salamon. Santa Lucia de Merlo's Kong Chang Zheng managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Khalid Parry in the 82 minute of the game. After 83 played minutes USA got a freekick which was hit by Marco Baker. Florentino Herauso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Khalid Parry, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. 88 minutes into the match, Khalid Parry notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Santa Lucia de Merlo's Florentino Herauso. Florentino Herauso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 90th minute, Polo Quinteros left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Santa Lucia de Merlo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. Pascal Som recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Santa Lucia de Merlo fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. USA were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
