In the 29th match minute, Loco Cabezon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodolfo Ieltxu to maneuver through the defense. After 36 played minutes Loco Cabezon got a freekick which was hit by Anastasio Mendebal. 38 minutes into the game, Rogelio Abajas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Modesto Boni was extremely unlucky when he, in the 41st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Jonathan Ferrant was out of position in the 45 minute of play, and Modesto Boni capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Modesto Boni really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0.

Rogelio Abajas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Esteve Perico took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. In the 60th match minute, Loco Cabezon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rogelio Abajas to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Modesto Boni in the 63rd minute of the match. When Modesto Boni came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Loco Cabezon fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Modesto Boni couldn't finish the play. After 70 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rogelio Abajas's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonides Galtero having to interfere. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Loco Cabezon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Modesto Boni didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rodolfo Ieltxu kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. After 88 played minutes, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Leonides Galtero came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Venezuela reached it. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a free kick in the 94th minute. Loco Cabezon were awarded a corner in the 97th minute after Venezuela's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jose Eleder took the corner. Loco Cabezon's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
