In the 37th minute, FC LORD-Racing's Modestas Malakauskas seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Modestas Malakauskas the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of FC LORD-Racing protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Modestas Malakauskas had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 37 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC LORD-Racing! Jonas Grigutis had in the 39thth minute some difficulties stopping Borys Oliszewski's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 39 minutes into the match, Borys Oliszewski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonas Grigutis. FC LORD-Racing's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Borys Oliszewski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. FC LORD-Racing's Jonas Grigutis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vincent Gardner in the 43rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Floodish FC's Leigh Blakeley got a free kick in the 45th minute. A collision led to FC LORD-Racing getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Edgaras Patamsis hit a great ball.

Borys Oliszewski was slow to take the kick. During this time Floodish FC's players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Theo McNeish heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Robert Stark could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Jonas Grigutis made a huge save. Vincent Gardner could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Jonas Grigutis made a huge save. Jonas Grigutis made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Vincent Gardner sent off a good shot on target. The FC LORD-Racing fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Floodish FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
