Dan Wennerqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 13th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the match, Julian Murillo notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Soroca F.C.'s Dan Wennerqvist. Dan Wennerqvist was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Julian Murillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The wind increased when Adrián Espadas made the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Soroca F.C. defense, Julian Murillo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dan Wennerqvist. The Soroca F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dan Wennerqvist should have stopped the shot. Soroca F.C. made a substitution. Răzvan Necula replaced Adrián Espadas. The throw-in from Cyprien Combaz in the 58th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. Julian Murillo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 59thth minute, Dan Wennerqvist skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Răzvan Necula in the 61st minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Soroca F.C.'s Răzvan Necula sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rolando Noboa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 67th minute of the match, Eliseo Mina tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Dan Wennerqvist saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Răzvan Necula scored 2-3 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rolando Noboa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Soroca F.C.'s Rodolfo Atarrabi was substituted for Hernan Lano. Răzvan Necula blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rolando Noboa having to make a save. In the 79th minute Răzvan Necula shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Răzvan Necula's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rolando Noboa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. When Cássio Zonta fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Soroca F.C.'s protests and gave Cássio Zonta a yellow card for diving instead. In the 86th minute, Cássio Zonta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. Peru's Alonso Berganza shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 88th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Dan Wennerqvist but with some difficulty. In the 90th minute, Răzvan Necula ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rolando Noboa was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
