After 6 minutes, Adam Rednic made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. 卡納里尼奧 FC's João Vítor Guimarães tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Agostinho Guedes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 10 minutes into the game, Gică Bocșan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. DINAMO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave 卡納里尼奧 FC the free kick. Gică Bocșan kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Agostinho Guedes took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Horea Hurmuzache. Horea Hurmuzache dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Thanks to some nice moves Agostinho Guedes could shoot a difficult shot in the 24th minute, which Horea Hurmuzache however easily saved by the left post. In the 27th minute, Abel Vidal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, DINAMO's Remus Elisei got a free kick in the 39th minute. Horea Hurmuzache showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elias Damasceno, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Horea Hurmuzache made an important save on a dangerous shot by Agostinho Guedes in the 44th minute. Elias Damasceno might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Horea Hurmuzache. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Elias Damasceno ran back to his position shaking his head. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

After some careless play in the DINAMO defense, Elias Damasceno kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Horea Hurmuzache. The DINAMO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Horea Hurmuzache should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in DINAMO's zone, Agostinho Guedes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Horea Hurmuzache came out of the goal and Agostinho Guedes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Elias Damasceno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agostinho Guedes in the 58th minute of play forced DINAMO's goalkeeper Horea Hurmuzache to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. João Vítor Guimarães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugen Bobocea in the 61st minute of play. In the 76th minute, Remus Elisei hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 77 played minutes, 卡納里尼奧 FC's Abel Vidal shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Horea Hurmuzache came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in 卡納里尼奧 FC reached it. After 83 minutes, Elias Damasceno made it 6-1 with a short kick to the right side. DINAMO's Horea Hurmuzache tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Agostinho Guedes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eliseu Alagoano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horea Hurmuzache having to interfere. If Agostinho Guedes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 卡納里尼奧 FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
