C. getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Alberto Mendonça hit a great ball. When Jairo Madureira fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SORRISO E. C.'s protests and gave Jairo Madureira a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to SORRISO E. C. getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Jairo Madureira hit a great ball. In the 9th minute, Ziemowit Wnukowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 11 minutes, Daniel Gregorczyk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Srebrny Grom DK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Gregorczyk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 14th minute, Srebrny Grom DK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Horácio Pereira fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Cláudio Couto's late challenge caught a Srebrny Grom DK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cláudio Couto helped the player get up and apologised. After 17 played minutes SORRISO E. C. got a freekick which was hit by Cláudio Couto. When Srebrny Grom DK's Iwan Pieprz in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SORRISO E. C.'s goalie prevented a goal. Gustaw Sobania showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cláudio Couto in the 23rd minute of the match. SORRISO E. C.'s Alberto Mendonça got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alberto Mendonça in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gustaw Sobania prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Ziemowit Wnukowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41st minute Cláudio Couto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustaw Sobania saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ziemowit Wnukowski made a kick off. In the 55th minute, Alberto Mendonça ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gustaw Sobania was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After 58 played minutes Srebrny Grom DK got a freekick which was hit by Fryderyk Zalipski. In the 62nd minute Alberto Mendonça shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustaw Sobania saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 63 played minutes, SORRISO E. C.'s Reinaldo Marquez shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gustaw Sobania came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SORRISO E. C. reached it. Reinaldo Marquez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 67 minutes into the game, Ziemowit Wnukowski lined in a short shot 1-2 behind a frustrated Valdo Catarinense. In the 73rd match minute, Srebrny Grom DK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Gregorczyk to maneuver through the defense. After 80 minutes of play, SORRISO E. C.'s Júlio Eger made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gustaw Sobania was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Júlio Eger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alberto Mendonça scored 3-2 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gustaw Sobania, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 90 minutes into the match, Srebrny Grom DK's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Mendonça came free, but Gustaw Sobania reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. SORRISO E. C. had won after a very even match.
