In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Herblay's goalkeeper Jules Triboulet, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Herblay's Steve Keller got a free kick in the 34th minute. If Antonin Daguerre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alfred Sowa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Malik Vrignon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Malik Vrignon made a kick off. After 60 played minutes Herblay got a freekick which was hit by Mathieu Bouziane. In the 61st minute, Wladyslaw Majerowicz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Wladyslaw Majerowicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pacôme Cugnet kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Alfred Sowa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Malik Vrignon in the 70th minute of play. After 70 played minutes BESTIA GDAŃSK got a freekick which was hit by Gwidon Skoroda. Korneliusz Fink hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. If José Dehais had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alfred Sowa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Dehais in the 83rd minute of play. 85 minutes in the game, Antonin Daguerre fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Alfred Sowa having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Malik Vrignon kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Alfred Sowa. That made the score 1-3 in the 91 minute of play. Herblay's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
