The supporters of Herblay booed when 卡納里尼奧 FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Régis Vides didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sidnei Dionísio was shown his second yellow card after 25 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. 30 minutes into the match, 卡納里尼奧 FC's Agostinho Guedes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jules Triboulet narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as 卡納里尼奧 FC's Abel Vidal slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jules Triboulet. That made the score 0-1 after 55 minutes of play. The Herblay supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching 卡納里尼奧 FC's performance. The match ended with a win for 卡納里尼奧 FC.
