Thanks to some nice moves George Temes could shoot a difficult shot in the 23rd minute, which Jules Triboulet however easily saved by the left post. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Malik Vrignon was the one to do the kick off. C.A. GUAYACO's Hugo Mejia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save C.A. GUAYACO from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Herblay getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Steve Keller hit a great ball. 58 minutes into the match, Malik Vrignon notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of C.A. GUAYACO's Hugo Mejia. Hugo Mejia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Malik Vrignon got free with Hugo Mejia in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 66 played minutes Herblay got a freekick which was hit by Malik Vrignon. After a defensive mix-up in Herblay's zone, Ronny Caicedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. When the match clock showed 69 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Malik Vrignon sped through C.A. GUAYACO's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hugo Mejia. In the 73rd minute, Gildas Montaut got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. C.A. GUAYACO's Vela Garros was substituted for Ronny Caicedo. The supporters of C.A. GUAYACO booed when Herblay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pacôme Cugnet didn't get a good kick on the ball. Malik Vrignon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, C.A. GUAYACO's Luis Rechani got a free kick in the 86th minute. If Malik Vrignon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jules Triboulet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vela Garros in the 92nd minute of play. Jules Triboulet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from George Temes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Herblay players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
