The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Edmond Verdun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ken Golang in the 6th minute of the match. With a little luck, BK Tåfjutt's Hampus Vall got control of the ball when Isidro Gines tried to sneak it across the goal line. Edmond Verdun came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by BK Tåfjutt's Ken Golang. But to his dismay, Ken Golang quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 17 minutes into the match, Ken Golang had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edmond Verdun. Errecaborda AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ken Golang was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Edmond Verdun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ken Golang in the 21st minute of the match. In the 22nd minute Ken Golang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmond Verdun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 26 played minutes Errecaborda AFC got a freekick which was hit by Manuel Theobald. After some careless play in the Errecaborda AFC defense, Ken Golang kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edmond Verdun. The Errecaborda AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edmond Verdun should have stopped the shot. Hampus Vall made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Rameriz in the 30th minute of play. Hampus Vall didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Prospero Jerardo went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. 35 minutes into the match, BK Tåfjutt's Ken Golang sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edmond Verdun narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ken Golang took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edmond Verdun. Edmond Verdun dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Errecaborda AFC's goalkeeper Edmond Verdun, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Errecaborda AFC's Edmond Verdun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ken Golang in the 39th minute of play. Edmond Verdun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ken Golang in the 41st minute of play. BK Tåfjutt's Hampus Vall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidro Gines in the 42nd minute of play. 47 minutes into the game, BK Tåfjutt's Ken Golang nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edmond Verdun made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Victorino Sandalio was the one to do the kick off. Hampus Vall showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victorino Sandalio in the 57th minute of the match. In the 58th minute, Karol Magdziarz made a precise shot to the right of Edmond Verdun. Errecaborda AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-6. BK Tåfjutt's supporters rose to their feet, but Karol Magdziarz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edmond Verdun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hampus Vall showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidro Gines in the 75th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Karol Magdziarz in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edmond Verdun saved Errecaborda AFC from getting behind. The corner led BK Tåfjutt's Muhittin Boğataş to fire away a dangerous shot which Edmond Verdun despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. If Karol Magdziarz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 90 minutes into the match, Errecaborda AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Karol Magdziarz came free, but Edmond Verdun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 93 minutes, Karol Magdziarz made it 1-7 with a short kick to the right side. Errecaborda AFC's Edmond Verdun tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.
