After taking down the ball on Falckner FC's corner Marco Bilbo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Mitchel Dijkstra quite easily take care of the ball. In the 22nd minute, Fc Benefica's Leandro Soares dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Falckner FC's Gilberto Librado managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Eduard Gryshko in the 25 minute of the game. After 28 minutes of play, Falckner FC's Damaso Inge made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mitchel Dijkstra was left in no man's land by his defense there! Falckner FC's attentive Julien Steuble managed to snatch the ball when Eduard Gryshko made a throw-in in the 30th minute of the game. Loco De la Maza made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leandro Soares in the 34th minute. In the 35th minute, Fc Benefica's Leandro Soares ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Loco De la Maza. Loco De la Maza yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. 38 minutes into the game, Falckner FC's Gianluca Vialli nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mitchel Dijkstra made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leandro Soares got free with Loco De la Maza in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leandro Soares to make the kick off. Leandro Soares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 54th minute Leandro Soares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Loco De la Maza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leandro Soares in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Loco De la Maza saved Falckner FC from getting behind. Fc Benefica made a substitution. Denis Beremundo replaced Humberto Jonge. The audience was convinced that Leandro Soares's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Loco De la Maza was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. The Fc Benefica fans cheered their team off the field, for while Falckner FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
