Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven-Edvin Mårtensson having to interfere. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Sven-Edvin Mårtensson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 33 minutes Team Rocco's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Sven-Edvin Mårtensson quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Montenegro in the 35th minute of play forced Team Rocco's goalkeeper Sven-Edvin Mårtensson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Göran Unesson in the 38thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. The wind increased when Vincent Olofsson made the kick off in the second half. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Sven-Edvin Mårtensson made a huge save. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Allan Malmström in the 58th minute of the match. Sven-Edvin Mårtensson made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Göran Unesson in the 62nd minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vincent Olofsson in the 64th minute of play. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. Felix Montenegro made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that Team Rocco's Sven-Edvin Mårtensson managed to reach the ball for a save.
